2. Dry Hire & Alcohol Policy

Bend Slush Club LLC is an equipment rental company only. We do not sell, provide, or serve alcohol.

The Renter assumes all responsibility for:

Providing all drink mixes, juices, and alcohol
Ensuring all guests are of legal drinking age (21+)
Preventing over-consumption and ensuring guest safety

3. Equipment Responsibility & Replacement

The Renter is responsible for the machine from delivery until pickup. In the event of theft, loss, or total destruction, the Renter agrees to pay a Replacement Fee of $500 per unit.

Damage caused by dropping, "voluntary parting" (giving the machine to an unauthorized person), or using unapproved ingredients (chunky pulp/fruit) will be billed at full repair cost.

4. Liability Waiver & Release

BY RENTING, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE BEND SLUSH CLUB LLC FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY. RENTER ASSUMES ALL RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LIQUOR-RELATED LEGAL ACTION ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR EQUIPMENT.

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bend Slush Club LLC against any claims brought by third parties (guests) related to the Renter's event.

5. Cleaning & Care

We handle the deep sanitation. However, the Renter must flush the machine with warm water immediately following the event to prevent sugar-clogging. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cleaning fee.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a 50% fee. "No-shows" at delivery will be charged the full rental amount.

Weather-related cancellations (e.g., severe storms, wildfire smoke) will be rescheduled at no charge when possible.
